During sprint review (3/9), Kyle Wilberts and Cedric Wilkinson with Iowa DOT asked if we could split out date and time into separate columns on the Ticket Export to help improve how to manage data in Excel.
Need to discuss as exports from CONNEX (to Excel) correctly identify that the column is a datetime type. This wasn't the case with previous exports from BuildIt.
