Add 'County' and 'Route' Fields in Connex for DOT requirements

Several states currently require contract #, county and route information to be displayed on paper tickets. We have contractors in these respective states that want to proceed with Connex ticket sharing but there are currently no specific fields in Connex to pull county and route information into from the contractors load-out system.

    We plan to have Project mapping available in CONNEX to reference contract info. County would have to come from the foundational dispatch system as part of the address.
