Rather than relying on end users to search/filter to get an appropriate list of tickets, it's critical that customers be able to assign orders/tickets to their staff so that the end users only see the tickets applicable to them. Our customers have too many tickets and too many staff/users to have everyone doing it individually within the app.
Thanks for the suggestion. We plan to implement Alerts for users who have either created an Order or 'subscribed' to it. We also plan to allow administrators to limit users to see only certain tickets based on the data in the ticket.
