Instead of using the Filters after the Search has been completed, allow them to be part of the Search criteria. This is very helpful when you have tickets greater than 4000 rows returned. Currently it is very difficult to find tickets, especially when spanning multiple days.
We are actively working to enhance Searching so that: it can handle larger volume of tickets, the filters reflect the entire data set (not just the first 4000 rows), and supporting Ticket Export to contain the full recordset.
